About the Elements of Mutual Aid Project:
"The Elements of Mutual Aid is a four-part series putting a finger on the pulse of community-led survival projects in North America. Profiling 15 groups, the series covers: why the State and mutual aid are incompatible with each other; what it looks like to meet basic needs with decentralized networks; how we can skill up to provide crisis care without the police; how to make decisions more collectively; and so much more.

This series is an educational tool and conversation starter. It's freely available on YouTube, PeerTube, and Internet Archive with English and Spanish subtitles. Get your neighbors and friends together to watch and discuss. Right now it's essential we deepen our mutual aid practices and get as many community members as possible involved in organizing to meet their own needs.
